Meet The advisory team

  My name is Marek (Mark) Menczyk. I've been blessed to have been married to Evelyn for 48 years (and so far she hasn't kicked me out ....yet, so she has learned to cope with adversity! lol) We love being part of The Neighbourhood Alliance Church, a place to grow in the Lord and have wonderful relationships. Where ever you are coming from, please remember that it "matters not where you've been but only where you are going spiritually". We ask you to let us know how we can help you on your journey with Him and have a good time with us in the process. God bless you all! 

Mild Blue Jays fans, Ed and Carolyn live in South Calgary while he serves the Neighbourhood Alliance Church as its transition pastor. 

Pastor Ed is in the church office at the Track Golf Course on most Tuesdays and Thursdays. Feel free to drop in for a visit or plan to connect with him a Sunday Worship Services at 10:30 at the Track Meeting Hall. 

Pastor Ed and Carolyn are the very grateful parents of four married children (who live in Calgary, Edmonton, and Maple Ridge, B.C.) and eleven grandchildren. Besides cheering the Blue Jays, they enjoy cycling in their Midnapore neighbourhood and walking their two small dogs. 

Robbie has been married to Lucille for 45 years and lives in Langdon, Alberta. He is a member of the Advisory Team supporting Pastor Chris and The Neighbourhood Alliance Church.  Together with their two children, Robbie and Lucille immigrated to Canada, from South Africa, in 2002.  In his words, ‘I love my new home country, specifically living in Langdon. I strongly support our church mission, which in essence, is to be a supporting body for our Langdon neighbours. I love doing general handiwork and like to toy with leather, although I am still very much an amateur.’
